Terms & Conditions
- I acknowledge that, as with any sport, there is always a risk of accidents or injuries;
- I assume all risks and agree to not hold Coaching With Conn responsible in the unlikely event of an accident or injury;
- I am happy that in the unlikely event of an accident or injury, the onsite first aider can make any decisions regarding treatment;
- I have informed Coaching With Conn of any conditions which would affect my child(s) ability to take part in any camp or training session;
- I will update Coaching With Conn if there are any changes that could afffect my child(s) ability to take part;
- I give full permission for my child(ren) named above to take part in the session and it's activities.
